Commerce Architects Ranked Among Best Places to Work in the Inland Northwest in 2021
We’re proud of the culture we’ve built at Commerce Architects, and we’ve picked up an award to back it up. Commerce Architects was recently honored as one of the Best Places to Work Inland Northwest. The sixth annual list of the Best Places to Work Inland Northwest was created by the Journal of Business and Best Companies Group.
This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best 35-40 employers in the Inland Northwest, benefiting the region’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
Some of the criteria for the award are a healthy workplace culture, strong leadership, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and of course, an outstanding team.
Every individual to come aboard at Commerce Architects brings ideas, opinions, and experiences that contribute to a strong workplace.
Led by CEO Joe Conaty, our team in Spokane and our remote employees across the US have worked hard to develop Commerce Architects’ presence in the ecommerce industry and provide our clients with the best service possible.
Recognization aside, we know culture is not static. We’re proud of our ability to adapt, and extremely proud of our team who live out our culture every day.
“We are honored to be selected as a Best Place to Work in the Inland Northwest. As a software consulting organization, we know that our employees are our greatest asset. This award is a welcome validation of our commitment to improving the lives of our employees.”
- Joe Conaty, CEO
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
-
Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
-
Be a publicly or privately held business
-
Have a facility in the Inland Northwest region (Spokane, Pend Oreille, Stevens counties in Washington State; and Kootenai and Bonner counties in Idaho.)
-
Have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in the Inland Northwest
-
Be in business a minimum of 1 year
Companies from across the region entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work Inland Northwest. The first part evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure their experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
The rankings are published in the October 7th issue of the Journal of Business.
